I am heartbroken and feeling lonely. Why do I keep listening love songs with deep meanings for example with words: "I have nobody to love"...? Will it help me or will it only bring me down completely?
Would you keep listening to music which brings you down?
It helps, because it lets you know you're not the only person who has felt that way.
Reply:Hmm i did for most of my teenage years! I still listen to it all now, but it doesn't bring me down!
Reply:sometimes crying is good, it helps you work through it.
Reply:sadness and grief is an inevitable and necessary part of life. dont indulge yourself, but let go of whats weighing you down. dont wallow in self-pity or paint on a smile. do what comes natural, and when it has outgrown its usefulness ((as all things do)), you will put it aside and discover a new emotion to move you. the point is we learn from and ultimately find the positivity in experiences.
"the greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind."

Reply:Listen to them by all means, then move on.You only have one life LIVE IT....
Reply:Sometimes you need to be down, so that it feels all the better when you pick yourself back up.
Revel in your misery if you need to, because it makes you alive, and will eventually get better.
Reply:Absolutely not. Your energy changes according to what your words are, they change your emotions then your emotions create your life. Start fresh find new songs %26amp; start singing them %26amp; you will see your life reflect the music you are carrying within. It would be fun to make a list of all the positive ones you can find cause at first it is hard but once you get into it you will enjoy it.
Reply:yes crying does help i dont no why we listen 2 sad music when we feel down but we do , things will get easier for you it may not seem like it yet but i promise they will try to be a little more possitive n i realy hope things get better 4 you xxxx
