Is it just me, or is everything except the lyrics in Daughtry's song "It's Not Over" stolen from Fuel

ok, Daughtry's It's Not Over sounds just like Fuel's Hemorrhage.

1. First of all, singing Hemorrhage on idol put him on the map

2. The rhythm so close its scary

3. Both songs have extremely similar meanings

here is where I got this idea from:

Tell me what you all think

Is it just me, or is everything except the lyrics in Daughtry's song "It's Not Over" stolen from Fuel
I'd have to say a little bit. The lyrics are different but the rythm and pitch are alot alike. That can be said of many different songs though. If anything it gives even more respect to Fuel's hemorrhage. Fuel's song is a powerfully driven emotional song that still evokes a reaction from me. Daughtry well....kinda sucks. He would have been an alright replacement for Scallions, but an idiot for turning it down. He's going nowhere fast. Scallions made fuel in my opinion, very unique voice. The rest of the band fuel sounds just generic without him.
