The song " save a horse ride a cowboy "?

ok who has listened to the song " save a horse and ride a cowboy " and can tell me if u think it has something gay meanings

The song " save a horse ride a cowboy "?
"Broke Back Mtn" aint in the south no cowboy is going to make love in the bed of a truck with a man!!!!! It just sould'nt be int the same sentence!!!
Reply:If it's not gay, why don't they say :

"Save a horse, ride a cowgirl" ?

(Truth is, of course, as any old cow-hand will tell ya, out on the range there weren't any cow-girls, so all we poor ole cow-hands had to ride back in the bunk-house was cowboys.)
Reply:No, the Big %26amp; Rich song is more heterosexual. They are speaking about men and women, not men and men.
Reply:Can't stand it. Turn station whenever it comes on.
Reply:Nope , the band Big and Rich recorded it, And it is referring to themselves as the cowboys, tellin the girls hey save a horse ride us...
Reply:Well, I walk into the room

Passing out hundred dollar bills

And it kills and it thrills like the horns on my Silverado grill

And I buy the bar a double round of crown

And everybody's getting down

An' this town ain't never gonna be the same.

(Chorus:)

Cause I saddle up my horse

and I ride into the city

I make a lot of noise

Cause the girls

They are so pretty

Riding up and down Broadway

on my old stud Leroy

And the girls say

Save a horse, ride a cowboy.

Everybody says

Save a horse, Ride a cowboy

Well I don't give a dang about nothing

I'm singing and Bling- Blanging

While the girls are drinking

Long necks down!

And I wouldn't trade ol' Leroy

or my Chevrolet for your Escalade

Or your freak parade

I'm the only John Wayne left in this town

And I saddle up my horse

and I ride into the city

I make a lot of noise

Cause the girls

They are so pretty

Riding up and down Broadway

on my old stud Leroy

And the girls say

Save a horse, ride a cowboy.

Everybody says

Save a horse, Ride a cowboy

(Spoken:)

I'm a thourough-bred

that's what she said

in the back of my truck bed

As I was gettin' buzzed on suds

Out on some back country road.

We where flying high

Fining, whine, having ourselves a big and rich time

And I was going, just about as far as she'd let me go.

But her evaluation

of my cowboy reputation

Had me begging for slavation

all night long

So I took her out giggin frogs

Introduced her to my old bird dog

And sang her every Wilie Nelson song I could think of

And we made love

And I saddled up my horse

and I ride into the city

I make a lot of noise

Cause the girls

They are so pretty

Riding up and down Broadway

on my old stud Leroy

And the girls say

Save a horse, ride a cowboy.

Everybody says

Save a horse, Ride a cowboy

What? What?

Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy

Everybody says

Save a Horse Ride a cowboy.

If you notice is mentions girls (females) and LeRoy is the name of the horse. I don't think it has anything to do with anything gay.
Reply:Most country artist, especially men don't openly sing about gay love. I think the song is strictly about heterosexual sex
Reply:I think people read to much into everything.
Reply:I LOVE IT!!! i give my husband a lapdance everytime!!!!! its a great REDNECK song and has a great beat!!!

I think it means that girls should 'ride' their guys.

no gay meaning, just some 'cowboy riding'!!!!!!!!!
Reply:It doesn't have gay meaning......it could if you read into that much though.....
Reply:i hate that song .
Reply:they're talking about all the pretty girls and the cowboy there's nothing in the lyrics that references gays
Reply:OK....you're a little dense if you think it's gay.

It's a fun song...that happens to be telling WOMEN to "save a horse, ride a cowBOY"!

Sheesh!
Reply:The entire song is about a guy trying then succeeding to get into a girls pants. Then asking other girls if they want a go. I don't think it's about anything gay. Though perhaps he is overcompensating, you never know.
Reply:I believe it is not saying something gay. Big and Rich are both straight and if you have seen the video or listened to the lyrics you will know it is about men with women.
Reply:I've heard the song, and any song can have "gay meanings" if that's what you read into it. I just took it as overtly sexual.
Reply:i love this song so much its so good! no it doesnt have any gay meanings!
