A song about how the general public feels pleasure from viewing other people suffer. How people feel good about themselves from watching other people struggle. If you know any songs dealing with these meanings, please let me know.
What is a good song dealing with the following theme?
Vicarious by Tool is a newer song that deals with this. Lyric: "I need to watch things die...from a good safe distance.."
I think the technical term is Schadenfreude. Something like that anyway.
