Im pretty sure this song is talking about a guy who likes a girl, but he gets stoned or somthing and passes out wile she leaves with someone else. He then knows that she is cheating on him and its breaking his heart.

Is a bout a girl who was with a guy that she broke up with but still thinks about on friendly terms. Im sure they accually had sex when she is talking about 'her first time' and 'sneaking into his car' and driving off. Typical teenage stuff no? But, they didnt last. So, she is saying she still has a place for him in her heart, even though its not the one he had befor.
